Why won't my Dragon Age 2 Isaac Armour not work?

I put in my information on the bioware website, and put in the code

Went into my EA account as well, I have played Dead Space 2, but my EA account doesn't say I have, this is making me frustrated because I have no idea WTF to do D:Why won't my Dragon Age 2 Isaac Armour not work?
i'm having the same trouble. i have put in my code properly of course. and the crap won't work. i have no idea why this is happening. f*ck! is there some help we can find to resolve this?Why won't my Dragon Age 2 Isaac Armour not work?
