In Dragon Age 2 , Dead space suit help?

I own DS2 and they said there was suppose to be a code to activate the suit in Dragon age 2 but i didn't receive it , i have the ps3 version and i know that 360 gave it in there box by to my knowledge and i know a lot of people who didn't receive it on ps3 as well. And i already went to main DA2 page and still there was no info about the suit/ armor.
