9. About a dozen cities that are always there, about 15 with all add-ons, not sure with expansion, but cities are fairly big, dungeons are HUGE, 15 minutes from point a-b WITHOUT fighting monsters.

9.yes there are.area is pretty big and you dont have to travel the usual way,you just click where you want to go and you will see your road on the map.if you encounter enemys then you will stop and fight with them and after killing them you will move on to your chosen location.
