Dragon Age 2: Isabela Recruitment issues.?

I can't recruit Isabela in Dragon Age 2, I just started act two and I'm relatively confident I've missed her. I understand that as soon as one has finished the tranquility mission they have the opportunity to recruit her. What if I missed the opportunity, is it possible to add her to your team later? I've even already gone and (accidentally) purchased her an armour upgrade.|||If you have passed by the chance to recruit her, you can no longer recruit her in this playthrough. Just remember to get her next time you play the game (if you do go through again).
