There are some in low town (sells low graded armour) and in the marketplace. You get better armour through quest and if you bought the game new, you can use the code to unlock the black empiroum which has free armour.Where can i buy armour in dragon age 2?

but the armor that sales there sucks big time
and make sure to switch to armor tab on the inventory screen or it wont show up
