Gauntlets: A chest in the Killer's Lair during the All That Remains quest
Boots: A chest in Bertrand's Mansion during the Family Matter quest
Chest plate: Olaf's Armory in the Hightown market (for some reason, this only shows up in Act 3, so after the next time that a large amount of time passes)
Helm: On the Thug Leader in the Winding Alley during the Following the Qun quest
