It comes with orders of dragon age, i think only in special edition or pre-orders. You can get it in DA origins, i know because i have it.
But i got my copy when it first came out, did you just get DA origins now? If so, that's probably why your game didn't have it. Check where they put the manual, maybe its tucked underneath the manual?Blood Dragon armor in Dragon Age?
